Transforming

Food Waste

into Opportunity

ENFiber (European Network for Valorizing Food Processing Waste into Sustainable Fibers) is a COST Action (CA24111) addressing the challenge of food processing waste by converting underutilized by-products into commercially viable, sustainable fibers. The Action promotes green extraction technologies, standardized characterization, sustainability assessment, and market-oriented product development, fully aligned with European circular economy and Green Deal objectives.
